Guacamole Dip 


5 ready to eat avocados cleaned and chopped

5 stems green onions cleaned and cut in small pieces

2 lemons squeezed

½ cup sour cream


¼ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon paprika


Place the chopped avocados in a large mixing bowl and press them with a fork until smooth but lumpy consistency. Add the green onions, lemon juice from the squeezed lemons, the sour cream, and all the spices. Mix well all together. Garnish with cilantro.
